Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred• Active Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure• Experience working with older adults, medically complex patients, or rehabilitation populations preferred• Strong communication and collaboration skills• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)Ideal candidates will have experience in outpatient, inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or geriatric settings and a passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
