Physical Therapist- $7,500 sign-on bonus

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive and patient-centered environment. Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and establish a treatment program with specific goals under the direction of the Physician.

• Provide direct patient care, set realistic and achievable goals, and document and record patients' conditions and educate patients and families.

• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment and care.

• Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.

• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
