We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient practice. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized plans of care, and help patients reach their functional goals.

Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, creating and progressing treatment plans, documenting care, and working with a team of therapists and support staff to deliver quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) with outpatient experience. Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach are important.
