Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our small, close-knit team of 1-3 therapists. Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager, you will provide expert care through patient assessment, tailored treatment planning, and therapeutic exercises. This role requires frequent travel to patients, ensuring personalized rehabilitation and support beyond the clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate patients on their conditions and rehabilitation processes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Utilize therapy equipment effectively and safely
• Travel frequently to patient locations to provide on-site care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in physical therapy
• Proficiency in patient assessment and therapeutic exercise
• Knowledge of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation planning
• Strong anatomy knowledge
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Demonstrated empathy and effective time management
