Physical Therapist - Construction On-Site

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35+ years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Independence, MO. This position offers a $2,500 sign-on/relocation bonus!

This position is located on an active construction site, making it an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys a dynamic, hands-on, fast-paced field environment and is comfortable working directly alongside a construction workforce.

What You’ll Do

\n

• \n
• Develop treatment plans and support case management for work‑related and non‑work‑related injuries
• \n
• Create and deliver ergonomic education and proper body‑mechanics training
• \n
• Evaluate injury risks weekly and report findings to MMC management
• \n
• Consult with employees regarding injury concerns
• \n
• Partner with Safety and MMC leadership to develop wellness initiatives
• \n
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend proactive injury‑prevention strategies
• \n

Required Qualifications

\n

• \n
• Licensed Physical Therapist (active state license required)
• \n
• Doctorate or master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• \n
• Experience in occupational health or similar setting
• \n
• OSHA‑30 within 90 days (company provided)
• \n
• Industrial/emergency experience preferred
• \n
