YOU’RE OUR IDEAL
PHYSICAL THERAPIST IF YOU:
· Hold an active California license and believe in the power of therapeutic exercise, functional training, and genuine rapport.
· Love connecting with a wide variety of people (from post-op elders to weekend warriors)
· Are confident guiding patients through recovery, however, humble enough to keep learning
· Want a flexible schedule that supports patient demand, without burning out your passion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBLITIES) AS
PHYSICAL THERAPIST:
· Assess each patient’s condition, injury history, and life context (job, activities)
· Develop tailored treatment plans that respect both clinical needs and rea-world constraints
· Implement proven modalities to restore function, reduce symptoms, and prevent re-injury
· Build trust and rapport with patients who may be frustrated, fearful or stuck
