As a Physical Therapist at Sigma Rehab, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, including exercise, manual therapy, and equipment, to provide effective therapy to patients

- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and techniques in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
