Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Tampa, Florida
Duration: ASAP – 09/25/2026 (Possible extension)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

PAY RATE: $55hr

Overview:

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.

• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using EPIC electronic medical records.

• Opportunity to extend beyond the initial assignment based on clinic needs and performance.

Essential Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Florida.

• Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.

• EPIC experience is required.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
