Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based physical therapy assessments and treatment plans.
Set measurable patient goals and track progress against benchmarks.
Deliver hands-on therapy sessions and supervise exercise programs.
Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and target attainment.
Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home programs.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care plans.
Document treatment sessions accurately in electronic health records.
Contribute to a performance-driven culture by meeting clinic benchmarks.
Maintain high-quality, compliant practice within regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue certifications.
Engage in team meetings and share insights to improve patient outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications
DPT or SPT with licensed physical therapist in state of practice.
Provide evidence-based assessments and develop measurable, patient-specific treatment plans.
Set, track, and report patient progress against predefined rehabilitation benchmarks.
Deliver hands-on therapy and supervise prescribed exercise programs.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
