Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy assessments and treatment plans.

• Set measurable patient goals and track progress against benchmarks.

• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions and supervise exercise programs.

• Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and target attainment.

• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home programs.

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care plans.

• Document treatment sessions accurately in electronic health records.

• Contribute to a performance-driven culture by meeting clinic benchmarks.

• Maintain high-quality, compliant practice within regulatory standards.

• Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue certifications.

• Engage in team meetings and share insights to improve patient outcomes.

Experience/Qualifications

• DPT or SPT with licensed physical therapist in state of practice.

• Provide evidence-based assessments and develop measurable, patient-specific treatment plans.

• Set, track, and report patient progress against predefined rehabilitation benchmarks.

• Deliver hands-on therapy and supervise prescribed exercise programs.

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
