Travel / Contract Physical Therapist – New Jersey

Location: Maple Glen Center – R15A36, Fair Lawn, New Jersey
Pay: $56–$58/hour
Schedule: 8AM to 4PM; Days, Mon-Fri

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Long‑Term Care

Summary:
Physical Therapist role providing skilled nursing, acute, and outpatient rehab services in a long-term care and rehab setting. Candidate will deliver patient-centered care across multiple rehab levels.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients

• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Document services accurately and timely

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of PT experience required

• SNF& LTC Rehab experience preferred

• DPT preferred

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License

Licensure / Compact:

• Physical Therapy Compact: New Jersey is a compact state

• Compact license accepted (NJ privilege required)
