The Outpatient Physical Therapy department at Sports Medicine Stratford is looking for a full time float physical therapist. Qualified applicants must have a strong focus on evidence-based practice, patient centered care, team communication and time management skills. Candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside orthopedic surgeons and physicians working with musculoskeletal and sports related conditions.

Provides comprehensive therapeutic patient care for patients to ensure positive patient outcomes. Educates the patient and health care providers to assure continuity of the patient care plan. Interacts with other departments and members of the medical team in developing and implementing interdisciplinary patient care plans to ensure comprehensive medical care.
