Physical Therapist: Full Time

Cascade Medical (CM), in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, is looking for a full time Physical Therapist.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop a treatment plan, provide skilled physical therapy treatment and document all pertinent aspects of care provided to patients/clients in compliance with the Washington State Physical Therapy Practice Act and applicable laws, the American Physical Therapy Association's latest version of the Guide to Physical Therapy and all CMS regulations/requirements pertaining to physical therapy practice and billing.

Work Schedule: Schedule is anticipated to be Wednesday-Saturday from 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. with flexibility for shift start and end times. Exact schedule to be determined with the director upon hire.
