Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Surprise, AZ. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona State Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and working with post-surgical patients is preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress using electronic medical records.
