Outpatient Orthopedics & Work Rehabilitation
PhysioWorks is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our therapist-focused practice in Kent, WA. We specialize in orthopedics, work injuries, and functional restoration. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care with 60-minute sessions while gaining expertise in industrial rehabilitation and ergonomics.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 DOE
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid over 12 months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible options like 4x10s available; no routine weekends)

What You Will Do
Perform evaluations and develop functional, evidence-based plans of care.
Provide skilled interventions (manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, etc.) tailored to return-to-work goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and vocational counselors.
Supervise PTAs and support staff per Washington State standards.
Ideal Candidate
Graduate of an accredited PT program with a current (or pending) WA license.
Interest in orthopedics, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
