Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments.
One-on-one patient care - 60 minute PT visits.
Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, to improve patient function and reduce pain.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in the EMR system.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Current Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Excellent manual therapy skills and experience with therapeutic exercises.
Strong communicator and team collaborator.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work two days in Gainesville, and two days in Ocala / Lake City
