    Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility

    Facility: Nathan Littauer - Nursing Home

    Location: 99 East State Street, Gloversville, NY 12078

    Contract Dates: October 5, 2026 - January 2, 2027

    Duration: 13 weeks

    Schedule

    • Saturdays only
    • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • Day shift
    • No weekday requirement listed

    Requirements

    • Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - REQUIRED
    • Active New York Physical Therapist license
    • BLS certification required

    Position Overview

    Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a nursing home/SNF setting.

    The ideal candidate will have previous SNF experience and be comfortable working independently in a nursing home environment.
