Our Client | Harlingen, TX | Full-Time Permanent | All Levels - New Graduates Welcome

Our client, a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility (120-bed) in Harlingen, TX, is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Full-time, 5 days per week on a flexible rota covering Monday Sunday. Core hours are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with flexibility around start and finish times and days worked.

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care
• Develop appropriate plans of care following all applicable regulatory and clinical guidelines
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with each patient's plan of care and physician orders
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders
• Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) on treatment delivery and progress adjustments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Must-Have

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required
