        What You’ll Do<\/span>
        <\/p>

        • Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance and functional abilities<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals and provide evidence -based therapy to restore mobility, function, reduce pain and improve patient outcomes<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, recovery, injury prevention, equipment use and home care<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Supervise PTAs and support staff<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintain accurate and timely patient records<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Complete accurate documentation and billing in a timely manner<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives and compliance programs<\/span>

          What We’re Looking For<\/span>
          <\/p>

          • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Current State Physical Therapist license required<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • BLS/CPR certification required<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Previous healthcare or hospital experience preferred - new graduates are encouraged to apply<\/span>
