Qualifications:
·         Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
·         Active Board-Certified Physical Therapy NJ license or eligibility for licensure is required
·         Current CPR certification
·         Exercise, sports and neuro rehab, and manual-based skills
·         Outgoing and energetic personality


Responsibilities and Tasks:


·         Write and send clinical documents, including initial evaluations, progress reports, plans of care, recertification reports, and re-examination reports, within the time frame set by office policy.
·         Maintain compliance with standards and procedures established by Medicare and private insurance companies.
·         Keep clinical notes up-to-date, accurate, and completed within the designated time frame outlined by office policy.
·         Exhibit proper etiquette and manners that reflect appropriate healthcare behavioral standards. Show kindness, empathy, and a high level of care to every patient who enters the clinic.
·         Provide exceptional one-on-one patient care with a focus on outcomes and patient satisfaction
·         Help manage and optimize patient volume through proactive communication and scheduling coordination
·         Participate in community outreach and basic marketing efforts to promote the practice and profession
·         Contribute to the positive, growth-oriented culture of the practice
·         Collaborate with the team on strategies to improve patient retention and attract new patients
·         Communicate with patients to encourage their commitment to the plan of care. 
·         Utilize effective time management skills to maximize time spent with patients.
·         Foster a collegial and supportive relationship with colleagues.
·         Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues through in-house education. 
·         Assist with clinical affiliations for students from physical therapy graduate programs. 


 
**Sign-on Bonus: $7,500**  
**Salary Range: $85,500.00 - $128,500.00 per year**
