Job Description
MedStar Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based care across Harford County. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes to improve mobility, safety, and independence. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers, educate patients and caregivers, and document care in our EMR.
