Back to Health is growing and expanding! Looking for motivated and energetic PTs to perform HOME VISITS and that are passionate to help the senior population!
We are looking for experienced, energetic and motivated NJ licensed Physical Therapists to perform home visitsto the senior population in Clifton, NJ and the surrounding towns in Bergen County, NJ.
HOME CARE Part time OR Full time positions available!

HOME CARE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological disorders.
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Consult and practice with other health professionals
Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
Document patient care services
Must be organized and have good communication skills
HOME CARE PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS
New Jersey Physical Therapist License
Experience in home care and/or outpatient orthopedics
Proficient in electronic documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
Drive to continually learn and grow
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Professional behavior
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
