Physical Therapist - Home Care

Health Advocates Network is urgently hiring Physical Therapist for Homecare. This position will serve Brevard, Osceola,and Orange Counties.  Must have 2 years of Physical Therapist experience.

• Pay Rate: $2,886 weekly
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Specialty: Physical Therapist
• Homecare Experience Preferred
• Shift: Day / Flexible days and hours
• 13 Week Contracts

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States. 
• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• American Heart Association BLS
• An active, current (FL) state license
