Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay: $35 to $40/ hr on W2
Productivity Expectation: 31 points per week
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits
On-Call Requirement: None
Weekend Requirement: No regular weekend requirement
