Physical Therapist - Home Health Location: Sterling Heights, MI Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year Position Summary A growing healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dynamic home health team in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed clinician who thrives in an autonomous environment and genuinely enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients in the comfort of their own homes. Home health physical therapy is one of the most rewarding and impactful practice settings available to clinicians today, offering the unique ability to observe patients within their actual living environments and tailor treatment accordingly. Rather than working in a clinical or hospital setting, you will bring expert rehabilitative care directly to patients who may have difficulty traveling to outpatient facilities. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who values clinical independence, flexible scheduling, and the chance to make a measurable difference in patient outcomes every single day. The Sterling Heights area boasts a large and growing senior population, creating consistent and increasing demand for skilled home health services. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. This position offers strong earning potential, meaningful career advancement, and the professional satisfaction of helping patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. Core Responsibilities
Conduct thorough initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, injury, stroke, or managing chronic conditions
Deliver skilled physical therapy services in patients' private residences throughout the Sterling Heights and surrounding communities
