    Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Wahiawa, HI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide 1:1 patient care to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting clinical findings, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support long-term recovery. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate records, and uphold clinic standards for safety, ethics, and patient-centered care.

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • Strong foundation Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a clinical setting.
    • \n
    • Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, including designing and delivering individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
    • \n
    • Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent communication skills and a compassionate, professional approach.
    • \n
    • Experience supporting patients through Home Care programs, including instruction in home exercises and self-management strategies.
    • \n
    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
    • \n
    • Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Hawaii.
    • \n
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload.
    • \n
    • Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation; experience with EMR systems is beneficial.
    • \n
    • Prior outpatient or orthopedic clinical experience is preferred but not required.
