Schedule and Work Environment

• Flexible scheduling options tailored to promote work-life balance (primarily Monday through Friday, with one optional Saturday morning shift per month from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• 100% outpatient setting focused on holistic, whole-body treatment
• One-on-one care in 45-minute treatment blocks (with a dedicated 45-minute lunch break)
• Diverse patient population spanning orthopedics, sports medicine, and specialized recovery
• EMR System: WebPT
• Full clinical and administrative support staff

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized, whole-body treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy to enhance post-surgical recovery, return to sports, and daily functional activities.
• Provide specialized evaluation and treatment for core specialty programs, including Women’s and Men’s Health (Pelvic Floor Pain and Incontinence), Vestibular Rehabilitation (Balance and Dizziness), and Post-Concussion Therapy.
• Educate patients on managing their conditions effectively so they can achieve long-term, healthy, independent lives.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely electronic documentation.
• Utilize or collaborate with advanced clinical frameworks, including Dry Needling, the McKenzie Method, CranioSacral therapy, or Mulligan concepts.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Illinois Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, one-on-one patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate and guide patients.
• Experience or strong clinical interest in working with pelvic health, vestibular therapy, or orthopedics is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
