Atlantic Health is seeking a full time Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to evaluate and treat patients in the patients home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers. 8am-4pm in Morris County.

Principal Accountabilities:
Performs initial examinations and differential diagnosis.
Provides and prescribes plans of care consisting of corrective therapeutic exercise.
Performs manual treatments consisting of soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, and many more.
Supervises and interacts with support staff and maintain proper documentation.
Evaluates and establishes a plan of care and treats patients accordingly.
Documents patient care and charges appropriately, and documents the course of patient care, including progress made and the ongoing need for treatment.
Works with other professionals in an effective manner
Provides clinically appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Evaluates patient response to treatment and provides feedback to the interdisciplinary team.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
