This is an ideal opportunity for a therapist who values flexibility, enjoys working with older adults, and likes the variety of treating patients across different levels of care.A Different Kind of PT PositionRather than spending your entire week in one setting, you'll have the opportunity to work with residents throughout the continuum of care at Splendido:Skilled Nursing (SNF) - inpatient rehabilitationAssisted Living (AL) - outpatient therapyIndependent Living (IL) - outpatient therapyYour outpatient treatments are scheduled one-on-one in 45-minute appointments, allowing you to focus on the individual patient rather than juggling multiple patients at once.This position is designed for approximately 25-30 hours per week and is not expected to grow into a 40-hour position.
