    Job Description

Float Physical Therapist | Acute, IPR, Outpatient | Atlanta GA | PSLF + Sign-On

Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Atlanta, GA area to hire a full-time Float Physical Therapist (PT). This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based role rotating across acute care, inpatient rehab (IPR), and outpatient settings, ideal for PTs who want clinical variety, exposure to multiple hospital settings, and the opportunity to build a versatile acute care and rehab skillset. • 1-on-1 treatment model — focus on clinical quality over productivity
    • Multidisciplinary team of over 60 therapists (PTs, OTs, SLPs) to collaborate with
    • PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) — nonprofit hospital system
    • Flexible scheduling with built-in variety across settings
    • Annual CEU support provided

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Sign-on bonus available
    • Relocation assistance available
    • PSLF eligibility through nonprofit hospital employer
    • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
    • Full medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits

About the Float PT Position: This is a role for a Physical Therapist who truly cares about patient care. We're not looking for someone searching for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through injury or condition. The float model is ideal for PTs who want to build breadth across acute, IPR, and outpatient, all within one hospital system.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • DPT or MPT from an accredited program
    • Active or pending Georgia PT license
    • New graduate physical therapists and experienced PTs welcome
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
    • Excellent communication skills across all levels of staff, patients, and families
