Job Summary
Are you looking for:


1. A place that focuses on the patient experience? We provide one-on-one care by the PT/PTA for 40 minutes for follow-ups and 60 min evals for complex cases or more than one body part. We use AI "side kick" for documentation which allows for more compliant and efficient notes at time of service. One-on-one care allows for collaboration throughout your day. We have 1 tech per 3 providers for cleaning, greeting & rooming patients, personal training and our regenerative medicine services. Our techs do not perform the PT services.


2. Supportive team environment weekly "lunch and learns" for professional development discussing tough cases and practicing skills on each other. Ability to shadow experienced PTs in order to further develop orthopedic skills, vestibular, or pelvic health skills. We encourage professional goals and blocking time during the month to shadow other providers and co-treats with complex cases.. 

3.  Greater earning potential?  We provide a competitive salary and incentive bonuses for loss rate and regenerative/wellness services.

6. Or how about coaching and learning opportunities and evidence based practice?  If you want to be challenged and be the best version of yourself professionally and personally we can provide that accountability.  Weekly staff meetings, and monthly individual scorecard meetings with Operations Manager, and a generous continuing education package.  We have a lead PT working with clinicians weekly using the OCS prep materials to help all clinicians to examine biases and examine research and best practices. 


7. Do you need student loan repayment plans? We are willing to help with that if that is needed as part of the entire offer.

About us: We are an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Lacey, WA helping patients to stay active and mobile avoiding surgeries & meds whenever possible. We do have quite a few post-op patients and we commit ourselves to great post-op care as well. Dr. Penrose has done speaking engagements with several of the orthopedic surgeons in town and has interviewed a few on her Podcast "Stay Healthy South Sound." We commit to educating our community via workshops, newspaper articles, free tips reports, blogs, social media posts, podcasts, and free screenings and discovery consult visits. We treat the whole person and offer health and wellness solutions via regenerative medicine options like EMTT, shockwave, PEMF, pulsed radio frequency, dry needling, massage, Pilates, and personal training, and weightloss and wellness.
