              $46.00/hour+ for Part-Time and Full-Time

              $56.00/hour for Pool


What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate Residents and patients to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Assess and improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance
  • Develop treatment programs focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing injury
  • Recommend assistive devices and mobility equipment to support safety and independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary Team Members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and wellness strategies
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
  • Passion for working with older adults
  • New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
