Physical Therapist

A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team! New graduates are encouraged to apply. 

Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 / hourly 

Physical Therapist Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent position 
  
• Day shift; 8- or 10-hour shifts available

Physical Therapist Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans 
  
• Provide outpatient therapy services focused on orthopedic conditions 
  
• Progress therapeutic exercise programs and treatment interventions 
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records 
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 
  
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a New Hampshire Physical Therapist license 
  
• BLS certification required upon hire
