    Job Description: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients referred for physical therapy services. This includes conducting initial assessments, establishing treatment goals, and implementing customized treatment plans to improve patients' physical function and overall well-being.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform baseline assessments of patients' medical history, cognitive function, and functional mobility.
    • Establish measurable treatment outcome goals based on patient assessment and clinical judgment.
    • Plan and implement dynamic treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance patient response and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; newly CAPT certificate graduates will be considered.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Graduate from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy.
    • Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
