COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (PT)

• Up to $105,000 Total Compensation (Salary + Bonus, Commensurate with Experience)
• Up to $10,000 annual performance bonus paid quarterly 
• Signing Bonus (negotiable) paid out first paycheck
• Relocation (negotiable)
• Funding available for CME
• $1,000 annual Continuing Education allowance

• Clinic Director Opportunity 
• Outpatient clinic with an Orthopedic focused patient population

• 60-minute evaluations with 30 minutes follow-ups
• Opportunity to establish and grow a smaller clinic while providing exceptional patient care with autonomy 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Experience in OP setting a plus – manual therapy knowledge and experience.
• Seeking a team-oriented clinician with a passion for patient care and leadership skills
