Job Overview
An opportunity is available for a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care in a collaborative clinical setting. This role focuses on evaluating patient needs, designing personalized treatment programs, and supporting recovery through evidence-based practices. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain mobility and improve overall function.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans based on clinical findings.
Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises tailored to patient goals.
Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and recovery expectations.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all clinical standards.
Participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Required Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Current CPR certification in line with state requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to safely assist and mobilize patients using proper techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous clinical experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
