Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be responsible for:

• Evaluating, treating, and developing individualized care plans for patients.
• Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and function.
• Supervising and mentoring physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Maintaining positive communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
• Staying up to date with the latest physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and OSHA standards.
• Participating in facility meetings, training sessions, and in-service education.

What We’re Looking For:

️ Licensed Physical Therapist with a degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
️ Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
️ Ability to supervise therapy staff and provide leadership.
️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
️ Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and move patients up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.
• Fine motor skills for writing reports, charting, and handling therapy equipment.
