Job Type:Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible Monday-Friday availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. 

Responsibilities:

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

 

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required 
• Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience as a licensed Physical Therapist or through clinical affiliations for new graduates, with experience treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sprains, strains, osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation (e.g., ACL reconstruction and total joint arthroplasties), and neuromuscular conditions. 

 

Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
