The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, plans, and delivers evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to patients across acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, inpatient, medical‑surgical, and outpatient care settings
Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, pain management, and overall functional independence
Collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary care team, participates in discharge planning, and educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies
Ensures accurate, timely documentation and maintains compliance with regulatory and facility standards while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care
Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice
