Opportunity Highlights
Provide individualized outpatient orthopedic care with 45 to 60 minute visits
Manage a sustainable caseload of approximately 6 to 10 patients per day
Treat a broad patient population, including working adults, spouses, dependents, and orthopedic conditions across the lifespan
Common conditions include low back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle injuries, with occasional vestibular cases
Work within an integrated health center alongside primary care providers, nursing, medical assistants, and onsite lab and dispensary services
Receive dedicated documentation and administrative time
Participate in patient education, lunch and learns, webinars, and musculoskeletal health initiatives
Receive training in motion health analysis and support pursuing dry needling certification
Collaborate with an experienced network of physical therapists and musculoskeletal providers
What Makes This Role Different
One on one care with no double booking or patient handoffs
Outcomes focused model rather than fee for service productivity
Average episode of care is approximately 5.5 visits
Supportive clinical leadership and a strong multidisciplinary team
Full time or reduced schedule options may be considered
Compensation range of $90,000 to $130,000 annually based on experience and schedule
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana
Strong interest in relationship based, outcome focused patient care
Collaborative, engaged, and motivated approach to patient education and clinical teamwork
