Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $40-43 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a P-Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in our facility. This includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their functional goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedics and experience with a variety of treatment techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals

- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, mobility, and function

- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing future injuries

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and musculoskeletal conditions

- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
