Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Missouri City, Texas. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Evaluate patients'' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
  • Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
  • Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Utilize various physical therapy equipment and modalities
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
  • Participate in regular team meetings and care planning sessions

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
  • Current Texas state physical therapy license
  • Valid BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in developing individualized treatment plans
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
  • Physical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movements
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development
