Role Summary

Our client, a well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their clinical team. This full-time role offers flexible weekday scheduling with no weekend requirements and is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting focused on functional recovery, pain management, and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services aligned with clinical best practices.

Ensure clinical quality, service excellence, and integrity of rehabilitation programs.

Plan, implement, and monitor appropriate clinical services, documentation, and billing practices.

Develop strong patient relationships and ensure a positive care experience.

Identify opportunities for program growth and continuous improvement.

Support and collaborate with colleagues to maintain effective clinic operations.

Maintain compliance with professional, clinical competency, and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Ability to meet established clinical competency requirements.

CPR certification preferred.

Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.

Strong commitment to patient care and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest or experience in hands-on therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise.

Ability to work effectively with a diverse outpatient population, including active individuals and older adults.
