Compensation: $85-100K base + 10% (FT Salary) Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our team. As a DPT, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
Administer therapy to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
Use evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to treat various conditions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to maintain improvements at home.
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current Physical Therapy license in the state.
New graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt them based on patient progress.
