    Role Description This full-time or Part time on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Orange, NJ. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to address pain, mobility, and functional limitations. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, implementing rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment as needed. The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, documenting care in accordance with regulatory standards, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to a positive clinic environment by maintaining professional communication, ensuring patient safety, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to design and deliver effective treatment plans.

    • Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Medicine to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

    • Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
    • \n
    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
    • \n
    • Effective communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
    • \n
    • Ability to perform physical duties of the role and adhere to safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
    • \n
    • Prior experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or injury-rehabilitation settings is preferred.
