Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Orange, TX or one of four locations in Louisiana. ( LaPlace, Luling, Kenner, or Gramercy) The Physical Therapist will assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to support recovery and injury prevention. Responsibilities include documenting evaluations and progress, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and educating employees and supervisors on safe movement, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies. The role involves monitoring patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and supporting return-to-work and work conditioning programs. The Physical Therapist will also participate in health and wellness initiatives that promote long-term physical well-being for the workforce.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) in the state of Texas or Louisiana, or eligibility for licensure within a defined timeframe.

• CPR and BLS Certified
• \n
• Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques.
• \n
• Experience or strong interest in occupational health, industrial rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal injury management.
• \n
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, peers, and supervisors, including providing education on injury prevention and safe work practices.
• \n
• Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills to manage a consistent caseload on-site.
• \n
• Comfort working in industrial or manufacturing environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., safety, HR, operations).
• \n
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge through continuing education.

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or work conditioning programs is beneficial but not required.
