$35.50 - $53.25This position is part of a new at home program that will serve outpatient therapy across the Northern Charlotte area.
Deliver high-quality, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes, helping improve mobility, function, and independence.
Provide the same evidence-based outpatient care traditionally offered in a clinic while eliminating barriers to access and transportation.
Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve patient goals.
Utilize technology and flexible scheduling to manage a caseload across a defined geographic area while maintaining strong patient outcomes and satisfaction.
