Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Permanent)
Specialties: Outpatient Rehabilitation

Pay:
• $38.02 – $57.04/hr (based on experience)

Bonuses:
• Sign-on bonus included

Schedule:
• 40 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
• Option 1: Longer days Monday–Thursday + short Friday
• Option 2: 4x10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday (e.g., 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year Physical Therapy experience (required)
• Active Physical Therapist license required (Virginia licensure applies)
• Resume and credentialing documentation required (VHS Perm Candidate Submission Form, SSN, DOB)
