Job Description
Metro is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking FULL TIME Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut or eligible.
- Evaluates a patients need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$100,000.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
