Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessment & Treatment
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify root causes of dysfunction

- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
- Address complex pain conditions and movement disorders with advanced clinical reasoning
- Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches based on patient response
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation
Patient Education & Collaboration
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment rationale, and self-management strategies
- Build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and open communication

- Support patients in reclaiming confidence and capacity for valued activities

Qualifications:
Required:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapy license in California
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and patient education skills

- Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
Preferred:
